Brand Assessment

There are 8 sections in this assessment:

  • Aspirations - What you want to achieve

  • Identity - What you believe and what you do

  • Target Audience - Who you serve

  • Insights - What knowledge informs your decision-making

  • Direction - How you will achieve your aspirations

  • Persona - How you present yourself and want to be perceived

  • Marketing - How you share your persona

  • User Experience - how your audience experiences your identity and persona

THE PROCESS

I’d love to help you define your brand strategy and design your branding. But first we need to identify where and what your needs are exactly. Then we can determine if I am the right fit to deliver the solutions you need.

1. Take my brand assessment

The first step is to take my brand assessment, so I can evaluate what we need to discuss in our first meeting. Once you have submitted your responses, we can schedule a time to talk.

2. Schedule a call

We’ll have a chat in person or over video call to properly define your needs and see if we are the right fit to collaborate.

3. Negotiate a contract

After our first discussion, I will draft up an estimate so that we can agree on a list of deliverables and timeframes. An upfront payment of 30% will be required before the contract starts. The final 70% will be due upon completion of all deliverables. Feel free to email me if you have any questions about further contract details like cancellations or copyright.

4. Discovery

To begin the branding process we will schedule a time for me to hear your story. We will talk through many topics important to brand strategy, so that I can do some thorough research, gather powerful insights and consolidate the key ideas and details of our discussion. Once I have put this together we will meet again to confirm you are satisfied with the final strategy and if necessary make any refinements. Once this is finalised you will receive the full outline of your strategy in a Branding Blueprint.

5. Design

Based on our strategy I will create mood boards to explore the art direction. After discussing them with you, I will create design concepts for each deliverable. We’ll meet again to discuss the concepts, after which I will continue to develop the designs and get feedback from you until they look magic.

6. Delivery

I’ll send you through the final designs at which point you can make any final edit requests. Once I’ve made any final edits, I will send you each finalised deliverable in every required colour and format. This includes a branding style guide and all of your brand assets.
